Pat Robertson (Quote)

“The feminist agenda is not about equal rights for women. It is about a socialist, anti-family political movement that encourages women to leave their husbands, kill their children, practice witchcraft, destroy capitalism, and become lesbians.” — Pat Robertson, fundraising letter.

Without women, Pat Robertson wouldn’t know what to do with himself.  Without lesbians, he would be up spiritual condemnation shit creek.  Because god knows, you can’t tell lesbians that a man is the head of a household, just like God is the head of the church.

Last time I checked…which was just a few minutes ago, the ‘feminist agenda’ is for equal pay for women, for women to be free from discrimination, and to share equal rights and opportunities with men.

Leave their husbands…hmm. Does encouraging a woman to express herself, and be herself, mean she is going to leave her husband?  Unless perhaps her husband is Pat Robetson, and needs to be left.

Kill their children..?!?!…what the fuuck…last time I checked the news, it was the religious women who were killing their kids. (Andrea Yates).  I wonder if he found some woman who was like: “I’m about to kill my kids, they are driving me batty.  Raising teenagers is like nailing jell-o to the wall.”  Good ol Pat probably was like ‘this woman isn’t a Christian like me…she wants to kill her kids.  Therefore, all non-Christian women kill their kids.’

Practice witch craft…yeah because Wicca has been around longer than Christianity…and the numbers are sky-rocketing on the witch-craft, kid eating, husband leaving wiccian front…dim-wit…

…And become Lesbians…I guess maybe there is a wiccan ritual where you become a lesbian…or…when you leave your husband and pass through the threshold of your house you get struck by the ‘wow boobies are nice’ transformation ring…and waa laa (voila?)…you’re a lesbian…

By the way, Patti, most women I know want to have families, and want to raise their kids in loving healthy environments…which of course excludes you and your:  I have a penis therefore I drag you around by the hair mentality.  Because we know you’re trying to be just like Jesus, right?

  1. This is an incredibly beautiful feminist rant…I’ve got a link on the blog (hey…thanks for putting me on your site). I come here often and laugh, but this…this is great. If I could I would download audio, and play it over and over. Made my night. Thanks.

  2. [...] Sit back and enjoy here’s the website…The lesbian said what?? Pat Robertson Quote [...]

  3. those crazy religious people are so stupid, i’m all for equal rights for women.

  4. THE HOSTESS, Glad you enjoyed it. lol…Pat gets on my last nerves.

FELIX, He is a little nuts. I’m for equal rights for women, men, anyone and everyone. If some nut ball is going to set himself up for the world to take a whack at, I’m cutting to the front of the line.

  5. because Wicca has been around longer than Christianity

    Wait, what?

If you simply said “heathen religions”, I’d be in agreement; but “Wicca” as I understand the definition, is an umbrella term. I’m sure I’m arguing a technicality and semantics.

just like God is the head of the church

I’m not quite sure what you mean here.

I do agree that Pat Robertson is a bit of a crackpot. He is one of a public handful that makes Christianity look very, very bad. But I’m going to assume he has some good points, like James Dobson. Dobson has said some very ridiculously stupid things, but I would venture to say that doesn’t discredit ALL he has said and done.

Anyway, Jerry Falwell died, so I guess Robertson has stepped up as the new Christian Public Figure Who Should Have His Foot In His Mouth.

  6. JAKLUMEN, Wicca’s roots come from witchcraft which has been around before christianity.
I’ve always heard preached, Baptist (southern) and Methodist that God is the head of the church and the church is the bride of God.
I had heard of Pat Robertson before Jerry Falwell. The seven hundred club used to be on around my house, so he came first in my world.
